Designed to support the body after movement, Fitness Body Oil is a grounding ritual that soothes tired muscles, calms the nervous system, and encourages deep physical restoration. This 100% natural, fast-absorbing oil blends powerful plant extracts and essential oils traditionally used to ease muscular fatigue and support recovery. Black Spruce and Rosemary stimulate circulation and refresh the body, while Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) helps reduce stress and tension bringing the body back to balance. Ideal after exercise, exertion, or simply a long day on your feet, this ritual supports the body’s natural return to stillness and strength.
  • How to use: Massage a few drops into tired legs, arms, shoulders, or anywhere the body holds effort. Use slow, intentional strokes after exercise, stretching, or a warm shower. Can be layered under Magnesium Spray for deeper recovery.
