How To Use: Use alone or as the finishing step in your brow routine to lock brows in place. Start by using the micro bristle comb to lift, separate and tame hair. Working the wand in against the grain of the hair before brushing into place will shape and sculpt hairs seamlessly. For a lifted laminated look, use the micro padded applicator to lock brow hair down.
