The burger press moulds patties into the perfect shape and even thickness. Easily adjust the burger press to achieve either a 1/2 or 1/4 lb burger. The press works well with a variety of recipes from lamb burgers to veggie burgers, using the press condenses the ingredients so they do not fall apart when cooking - hand pressed burgers contain air pockets which make them unstable during the cooking process. The pull out bottom tray is a convenient way to flip the burger onto a barbeque or pan without having to touch the raw meat.
