- Digital kitchen scales, bamboo chopping board, switch between grams and lb/oz, ml and fl oz, maximum capacity: 5 kg
- The chopping board and tray can be taken out separately for washing. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the scale in water or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents. All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and heavily flavored/colored foods. Avoid contact with acidic citrus juices. To ensure the best accuracy of the result, place the scale on a hard, level floor. Do not bump or shake or drop the scale. The balance is a high precision device. Handle it carefully. Always keep your scale in a horizontal position. Keep it dry. Periodically check the condition of the batteries, as leaking batteries can damage the product. Remove the batteries whenever the scale is not going to be used for long periods of time.
