Table SM33 is a redesign of Skovby's iconic SM32 table. The unique extension system is the same, but the base of this table is slightly conical. Comprising six joined fragments that emphasize the simple geometric shape, the outstanding base gives this piece a timeless design. Design by function has been the Skovby philosophy for decades, starting with the very first 'pull-and-unfold' table in 1974. Design by function is the art of designing furniture with product functionality as the main driver and inspirational starting point.
