Delivery Information

Our standard delivery service is provided by An Post. An Post deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday, 8.30am - 6pm, as well as evening delivery between 6pm – 9pm. In the event of non-delivery during the day, the parcel will be re-delivered that evening. An Post do not deliver on Sundays. During Bank Holiday periods please allow an extra day for standard delivery.

As part of our An Post delivery service, we offer nationwide delivery from Monday to Saturday, as well as evening delivery between 6pm and 9pm.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, you can elect to have deliveries left with a neighbour or select a safe space where the An Post team can leave your parcel. Your preference will either be indicated on the label, or you will receive a phone call prior to delivery to ensure that your preferred method is used. You may arrange a free re-delivery to another address, via phone call.

All items will receive a minimum of 3 delivery attempts before they are left for collection at the depo.

If you wish, your existing machine will be collected for recycling upon delivery of the new machine. In order to make things easier, we ask that your old machine is disconnected from the water supply and ready for collection by our team.

Products ordered online are either shipped from our warehouse, the supplier, or directly from the store. As such, orders for multiple products may arrive at different times in separate packages. In this instance, each package will include a ‘Split Shipment’ sticker to indicate that products may be missing from the parcel but will be delivered at a later date.
