THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIPS

We are honoured to have received Bronze Investors in Diversity accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity in 2020. To obtain this accreditation, we put effective D&I policies in place, communicated these policies to all staff, and provided D&I training for all company leaders.

We are now working towards a Silver Investor in Diversity in 2021 and look forward to further developing and strengthening our D&I programme.

Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride Certified Proud Irish Center Diversity Open Door Member

We are also proud to partner with the Open Doors Initiative, which provides opportunities to marginalised members of our society. Open Doors create pathways to work through training, education and employment, with a focus on refugees, young people with educational barriers and people with disabilities.

In 2021, we became Certified Proud. Certified Proud is a membership accreditation body for businesses across Ireland committing to make a safe workplace where we all belong and to create a Positive Environment for LGBTQ+ team members and customers, embracing differences and supporting the LGBTQ+ community all year round. Furthering our commitment to the LGBTQ+ community we are also proud sponsors of Dublin Pride, and look forward to developing this partnership moving forward.

We also partner with the communities in which we live and work through the charity and volunteering arm of our sustainability programme. Furthermore, as part of the Selfridges Group of retailers, BTA have two seats on Selfridge Group’s D&I Council, which is a fantastic way to discuss ideas and share best practice to collectively move our D&I agenda forward.
