Click & Collect is available during store opening hours. You can collect your order at our Click & Collect locations on Lower Ground Level at Arnotts and in all Brown Thomas stores. For information on Brown Thomas store opening hours please click here.

Please allow 3-5 days for Click and Collect.

How it Works

Shop Online

Simply add the item(s) to your shopping bag, choose Click & Collect as a delivery method and proceed to checkout as normal.

Get Confirmation

You will be sent a Ready to Collect email to confirm your order is ready for collection.


You can collect your order at our Click & Collect locations on Lower Ground Level at Arnotts and in all Brown Thomas stores. You will need to bring your Order Confirmation email (either printed or on a phone/tablet) plus valid photographic ID (passport, driving license) or the payment card you used to purchase the items.

Lead Times

While we aim to have orders ready to collect within up to 7 working days (excluding large items like furniture and large electrical appliances), some orders may take longer due to items being out of stock or a delay in product deliveries to the store. We will let you know when all items are in stock and ready to collect via email. Please do not endeavour to collect your order until you receive a Ready to Collect email from us.

Collecting Large Items

If you have purchased furniture or a large electrical appliance and are availing of our Click & Collect service, please ensure it is suitable for collection by adhering to the following instructions. Check that your vehicle will accommodate your purchase; dimensions of the item(s) (excluding packaging) will be available online. Check that you can transport the item(s) from the collection point to your vehicle as we may not have staff available to assist you. Please contact our Online Customer Service Team if you have any questions or concerns.

Can’t make the date?

After we send you a Ready to Collect email, you will have up to 10 days to collect your order. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact our Online Customer Service Team here to make an alternative arrangement.
