Click & Collect
Click & Collect is no longer available as a delivery option due to enhanced government measures.
If you have an existing Click & Collect order, unfortunately the window for collection has now passed but a member of our customer services team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the options available to you.
Option 1: We will arrange complimentary delivery of your item to an ROI address. Please complete the form here.
Option 2: You may cancel your order and we will arrange a full refund
Option 3: We will be happy to keep your item for you to be collected once it is safe to do so.
How it Works
Simply add the item(s) to your shopping bag, choose Click & Collect as a delivery method and proceed to checkout as normal.
You will be sent a Ready to Collect email to confirm your order is ready for collection.
You can collect your order at our Click & Collect point at Middle Abbey Street. You will need to bring your Order Confirmation email (either printed or on a phone/tablet) plus valid photographic ID (passport, driving license) or the payment card you used to purchase the items.
Car Par Click & Collect
You can now also collect your order directly from our Car Park, by booking you slot via your confirmation email.
While we aim to have orders ready to collect within three working days (excluding large items like furniture and large electrical appliances), some orders may take longer due to items being out of stock or a delay in product deliveries to the store. We will let you know when all items are in stock and ready to collect via email. Please do not endeavour to collect your order until you receive a Ready to Collect email from us.
Collecting Large Items
If you have purchased furniture or a large electrical appliance and are availing of our Click & Collect service, please ensure it is suitable for collection by adhering to the following instructions. Check that your vehicle will accommodate your purchase; dimensions of the item(s) (excluding packaging) will be available online. Check that you can transport the item(s) from the collection point to your vehicle as we may not have staff available to assist you. Please contact our Online Customer Service Team if you have any questions or concerns.
Can’t make the date?
After we send you a Ready to Collect email, you will have up to 7 days to collect your order. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +353 1 903 8215 to make an alternative arrangement.
