• How to Use 1. Ensure your skin is clean and dry. Peel away the backing paper. 2. Remove the plastic tab holding the textured blue spot facing up. 3. Release the plastic applicator by pushing it upwards and peel away from the tab. 4. Place the exposed adhesive side onto the affected area and hold while twisting the applicator away. 5. Peel away the blue cover to reveal the spot sticker. Reapply as often as needed. Suggested use reapply every 4 hours.
