The sicilian pistachio panettone, by now a true classic of Fiasconaro pastry, is covered with white chocolate and pistachios and is accompanied by a jar of velvety pistachio cream with a special golden spatula.
Either in the 1 kg size (800 g and 200 g of cream) and the new 600 g size (500 g and 100 g of cream), the panettone is conserved in special tins, decorated with motifs from the sicilian artistic tradition.
