APPLICATION
Starting at the centre of the upper lip, use the pointed tip of the ROUGE PUR COUTURE THE SLIM GLOW MATTE LIPSTICK square bullet to shape the cupid’s bow and work towards the lip corners. For the lower lip, apply from the corners of the lip towards the centre using the edges of the bullet. To build intensity, add additional layers of lipstick. For a subtle blotted lip effect, apply the colour at the centre of the lips only.
