Vitamin C, also known as L-Ascorbic Acid, is an effective, multifunctional antioxidant. It targets the appearance of uneven skin tone, dullness and signs of aging. This formula incorporates Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, an oil-soluble derivative of Vitamin C with high stability and brightening benefits. Being a derivative, the potency of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate will not be directly comparable to direct L-Ascorbic Acid. It is provided in this oil-format formula in combination with Vitamin F, also known as essential fatty acids. Topical Vitamin C offers a wide array of benefits to the skin. However, there are many derivatives of Vitamin C available commercially which can be potentially confusing for beginners.
