Duration:
A RT-PCR test takes 5 minutes in-store, results in 2-4 hours.

This test determines if you have successfully produced antibodies in response to a recent vaccination of if you have any antibodies remaining from a previous vaccination. It is a simple finger prick test with results available in 15 minutes.

A simple finger prick test to determine the concentration of Vitamin D, allowing one to make an informed decision on the need for supplementation in order to attain acceptable healthy levels to protect against osteoporosis, cancer and most importantly, infectious diseases. Results in 15 minutes.

Inhaler Technique Review
Those with respiratory conditions can have their inhaler technique assessed to ensure they are using the correct technique to achieve the most benefit from their inhalers. This will include the assessment of breathing techniques using an IN-CHECK dial as well as understanding of their inhalers as relates to their condition.

It is available from your pharmacy without a prescription to those over 16 years of age subject to meeting certain criteria.
This service is available free of charge to medical card holders.

Prescription Services
Healthmail is a service that allows your GP to email your prescription to your pharmacy in a secure manner. It is a secure clinical email service created by the HSE reducing the need for you or those you care for to visit your GP and collect your prescription and then drop it to your pharmacy.
Please let your GP know if you would like to avail of this service and get your prescription sent directly to the pharmacy.
Once we receive your prescription we will dispense this for you, you or your carer can then collect it or you can avail of our free local delivery service.

Patient Medication Review
This is a full review of a patients current medication which is often prescribed by multiple practitioners / consultants. The pharmacist may suggest changes to the dosage or times that the medication is taken in order to optimise the benefits and minimise the side effects. Lifestyle advice is often given. The pharmacist will communicate the findings to the patients GP only. it is up to the GP to action these findings if there are recommendations to change / omit a particular drug(s)

Blister Pack Service
Blister Packing & Weekly dispensing medication trays for those taking medicines on a long-term basis. This is helpful if you are taking multiple medicines, and are worried about taking your medicines incorrectly; or if you are caring for someone who is on medication. Your medication is dispensed into Blister Packs, which have seperate compartments, all clearly marked with the time of day, ensuring the correct medication is taken at the correct time. This service is free of charge.
