Simply key in your time with the minute and second buttons, then press ‘START’ to set it going. It can count down from a maximum of 100 minutes, so it’s great for slow roasts and big, complicated meals. You can even use it as a stopwatch - simply press ‘START’ when the display is at zero, and it will count up instead.
