Inspired by the traditional Christmas cake, Cartwright & Butler took a classic Christmas pudding recipe, one rich in candied fruits, dried fruits, Christmas spices and nuts and then added marzipan and topped it with almonds. It comes presented in one of a reusable, branded clip top tin.
