Introducing Oil to Foam Total Cleanser, an all-in-one make-up remover and cleanser that removes make-up, debris, pollutants and sunscreen while also cleansing skin, leaving it feeling instantly soft and smooth. - How to Use: Slightly dampen face. Massage gel-oil over face and eyes to dissolve surface oil and dirt. Wet hands and continue massaging to create a foam to wash away make-up, sebum, and sunscreen. Rinse with warm water.
