What time does the Warehouse Sale open and close at?
Warehouse Sale Offers begin online at 7pm on Wednesday 9th September and continue until midnight Sunday 13th September. Offers are available in-store during usual hours.

Can I pay with my Arnotts gift card and One4all gift card at the Warehouse Sale?
Yes, we accept the same methods of payment at the Warehouse Sale as we do for all other in-store purchases.
I received a business card from a member of staff but cannot reach him/her. How should I proceed in contacting them?
Our Home & Furniture team may be very busy during the Warehouse Sale and therefore cannot pick up calls their desk phones. Please contact the relevant member of staff from Monday 14th September. I want to return and refund a Warehouse Sale purchase in-store?
If you want to return an item you purchased at the Warehouse Sale, please bring the item back to the relevant department and you will be refunded within the 28 day returns policy.
I would like to purchase more of the same items from the Warehouse Sale but I cannot go back to the store.

What safety precautions are you taking in-store?
In the interest of safety, we have provided hand sanitisers throughout the store, we encourage social distancing and we prefer payment by card. Please wear a face covering when you shop with us. You can read more about our safety measures here.
