Founded in 1968 by Padraig Lennon, Carlow-based brand Torc Candles is at the forefront of artisan candle-making in Ireland. Having originally begun creating candles for the religious sector, the label has since grown to become synonymous with quality and elegance and strives to produce natural, fragrant candles that evoke feelings of home and happiness.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Remove all packaging. Burn candle out of reach of children and pets. Allow 10cm between burning candles. Place on heat resistant surface. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Do not place candles in a draught. Do not place candles in direct sunlight or near a source of heat. Burn in an upright position. Trim wick to about 1 cm before lighting. If flame grows too large or smokes, extinguish candle, allow to cool, trim wick, remove all trimmings and relight. Keep the wick centred. Do not allow the wick to touch the side of container. Keep the wax pool clear of matches and combustible material. Do not move a burning candle. Discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains. Never use liquid to extinguish
