Denser and less porous than wood, bamboo is more resistant to water and knife scarring and is therefore a long-lasting, more durable choice. As well as that, this clever cooking aid has a unique folding design to easily pour your ingredients into your pot, along with non-slip feet to keep the board secure while you chop.
