How Do I Get My Bag Valued?

Simply bring your bag to our Services Desk, Customer Service, Lower Ground Floor. Once your bag is received by our experts for valuation it will take 48 hours (Monday – Thursday) or 72 Hours (Friday-Sunday) to receive your quote. Your quote will be referenced on a call from our team and then sent to you via email.
