What it is: Cocomino Glossing Shampoo is formulated with both scalp and hair in mind. A sulphate-free, colour-safe blend of coconut-based surfactants creates a gentle, creamy foam that effectively lifts dirt, styling products, and other substances without damaging the hair shaft or stripping colour.

• For 30 years, celebrity hairstylist Chris McMillan has worked with every recognizable head of hair in Hollywood. But he could never find a product to do what he wanted: bring hair back to its strongest, healthiest state. So he collaborated with his childhood friend who also happens to be the founder of Drunk Elephant. Together they created a line of hair care that focuses on the scalp - products that dissolve years of build-up while nourishing hair with coconut-based cleansers and shine-boosting amino acids. The rest just grew from there.
• How to use: Apply to wet hair and massage. Add a little more water to get it nice and sudsy. Rinse well. Do not repeat. Follow with Cocomino Marula Cream Conditioner for best results. WARNING: For external use only. Use only as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes.

• What it is formulated to do: Soothing and strengthening amino acids and extracts help prevent water loss and add smoothness and shine while acting as a heat protectant for hair. Antioxidant- and fatty-acid-rich oils, such as sacha inchi seed, along with marula and argan, add moisture without weighing hair down. A multi-amino-acid blend adds strength, improves manageability, and gives hair a healthier appearance with visible body and bounce. Panthenol and sodium PCA help boost water content and prevent dehydration. Cocomino Glossing Shampoo has a pH of 5.5.
• What else you need to know: No sulphates (or any harsh surfactants) here! That means a gentle, low-foam cleanse that’s safe for colour-treated hair and won’t strip or rob your hair of its natural shine but will help reboot your scalp and strands by washing away styling-product build-up. We left out the artificial thickeners, too, which means our Cocomino Shampoo has a lightweight liquid feel, and a little goes a long way. Cocomino Glossing Shampoo contains a blend of moisturizing sweet almond oil and almond extract, which gives this formula a naturally sweet almond scent that dissipates quickly.
