It's time to get excited because that special time of year is just around the corner! Santa Claus and his Elves are delighted to return to his grotto at Arnotts this year, and he is looking forward to welcoming you. Come and visit us in-store for a special Christmas experience.

Welcome To Santa's Grotto

Experience the Joy of Christmas at Arnotts. Santa and the Elves are back in person at Santa's grotto, located on the Second Floor. Tickets are priced at €10 per family with 100% of all donations jointly supporting our charity partners St. Vincent de Paul and Children’s Health Foundation.

Your visit to Santa includes a souvenir badge for each child and a professional photograph of your visit can be purchased at an additional cost. Due to high demand all tickets must be pre-booked online via Eventbrite. To book your tickets please choose your desired timeslot and complete the booking process. We regret to inform you that our Santa Grotto experience 2022 has now Sold Out. We look forward to welcoming you in-store over the Christmas period.

Some important information regarding your visit

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any other product/service. Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot. Please bring along your tickets on the day and proof of ID for the main ticket holder. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. If for any reason you are unable to attend please email us on customerservice@arnotts.ie with your order number.
