At Arnotts, we believe in the magic of Christmas. Santa Claus is making his way on his sleigh to Henry Street, and you can visit him at Santa’s Kingdom.

Step Into Santa’s Kingdom
You’ll be greeted by twinkling lights, festive cheer and the jolly man himself at his gingerbread themed wonderland! Each child can share their Christmas wishes with Santa and pose for a magical photo to take home. To mark the moment, you will receive a festive keepsake: a badge that says “I Saw Santa 2025 Arnotts”.

Santa's Kingdom is open from Saturday 15th November until Tuesday 23rd December.
Tickets are available to Encore Loyalty members who have opted in to receive email communication from Arnotts.

Encore Loyalty members who have opted in to receive email communications from Arnotts will receive an email on the day that tickets go on sale with a unique booking link. This link will bring you to our event booking page where you can purchase a ticket, subject to availability of course!
Tickets are priced at €20.
Tickets are coming very soon! We will let our Encore Loyalty members know via email the day before tickets go on sale. Sign up to our mailing list and join Encore Loyalty to know when they land. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
One ticket is valid for entry of up to 6 people in a family group, inclusive of both adults and children. The entire group will meet Santa within the one visit.
Again, one ticket is valid for a family of up to 6 people. If you have more than 6 people in your party, you may need to book additional visits.
A €20,000 charitable donation will be made to LauraLynn on behalf of Arnotts. Ticketholders will also have the opportunity to make their own individual donations when they visit Santa's Kingdom.
Any age is welcome at Santa's Kingdom! However, all children must be supervised at all time by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed for a different time or day. Tickets you purchase must be used for your personal use only, and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded once purchased. Tickets are purchased for the specified date of the experience and are not transferable to other events or experiences.
Just your ticket and your family! Tickets must be printed out or displayed on your mobile device.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time with your ticket printed or displayed on your phone.
A valid ticket will be required on the day. Tickets will be emailed to the email address you provided when booking. Please check any other email accounts you may have, or your junk folder.
Each child will receive a souvenir badge on the day. A photograph of your visit can also be purchased at additional cost.
No, the photograph will not be used in any other way other than for you to view and purchase. The photographer at Santa's Kingdom is a 3rd party supplier.
No more tickets will be made available to Santa's Kingdom. Due to extremely high demand, tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

No. As this is a ticketed event only, there will be no opportunity for walk-in appointments or cancellation appointments.
You will find us on the second floor in Arnotts store, on Henry Street.
You can reach Santa's Kingdom by entering Arnotts store by one of our entrances on Henry Street, Abbey Street or Liffey Street. From there, take the escalator on the ground floor in the Beauty Hall, located beside the sunglasses, and ascend to the second floor. There is also a customer lift on the ground floor, located beside the ATM.
Yes, Santa’s Kingdom is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair can be moved around any corners in Santa’s Kingdom without difficulty. Wheelchair assistance will not be provided by the Arnotts team.
