Description: This Liner has a dreamy, creamy-matte texture that is blendable with the flawless colour pay off.

Key Benefits:

  • High concentration of pure pigments allow for double use as a water liner and eyeline
  • Formula will set after 30 seconds and stay in place until you decide to take it off

How to Use: To use, start from the inner corner of your upper eyelid. Draw a thin line outwards until you are two thirds towards the outer corner, then lift and extend the line outwards & upwards.
