What it is formulated to do: With a blend of barrier-replenishing ingredients, including niacinamide, sodium PCA, plant squalane, five forms of ceramides, omega fatty acids, and powerful antioxidants, F-Balm effectively rehydrates hungover, overly parched skin, making it soft and supple.
