Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestle S.A. and Nespresso, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Applicants must have a copy of an original proof of purchase of a Nespresso Vertuo machine bought between 10th October 2017 and 31st January 2018 and the 19 digit serial number, which can be found on the drip tray.
  The promotion only applies to new machines and Nespresso reserves the right to exclude anyone in the event that Nespresso reasonably considers the machine to have been stolen or acquired through fraudulent means.

Nespresso Club Reward

• You are entitled to claim €20 off each of your next 3 orders when you purchase any new Nespresso Vertuo machine, Vertuo or VertuoPlus, between 10th October 2017 and 31st January 2018. Your first €20 credit will be applied to your Nespresso Club account upon validation of your application (a validation e-mail will be sent to you within 7 working days of your application). Your two additional €20 credits will be applied to your account within 10 days when you place subsequent orders. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.

Closing date

• All applications must be received by no later than 23:59 on 28th February 2018. Applications received beyond this time will not qualify for the offer.

How to apply

• Purchase the machine in one of the associated Nespresso retail partners: If one new Nespresso Vertuo machine is purchased, between 10th October 2017 and 31st January 2018, in one of the associated Nespresso retail partners, please visit nespresso.com/ROIpromotion to apply for the offer. You will be required to fill the information asked, to upload a copy of your proof of purchase and input the 19-digit serial number from your machine. Alternatively, you can take a copy of your proof of purchase and the 19-digit serial number from your machine directly to one of our Nespresso Boutiques where, after validation, you will be able to redeem your offer right away.

• Purchase the machine directly from Nespresso: If one new Nespresso Vertuo machine is purchased, between 10th October 2017 and 31st January 2018, directly from one Nespresso Boutique or the Nespresso Club on freephone 1800 812 660, you will be able to use your first €20 Club Reward immediately.

  If you purchase your new Nespresso machine via nespresso.com or the Nespresso app, your first €20 Club Reward will be added to your account within 7 working days.
  

Offer restrictions

• Club Reward credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.
• Offer limited to one application for the full €60 credit offer (3x €20) per Club Member account. Any Club Member making a claim against a second new machine purchased within the stated promotion period will not qualify for the offer.
• Nespresso reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend any user found to be attempting to make more than one valid claim by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by Nespresso to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Nespresso to be disruptive. Nespresso also reserves the right to report any activity to the local police if an individual is found to be violating the terms and conditions.
• At all times during the promotion, Nespresso reserves the right to perform internal checks relating to the Club Member to ensure the integrity of the promotion.
• Only complete applications received by no later than 23:59 on 28th February 2018 will be eligible. Nespresso does not accept responsibility for any late applications or any communications line failure, regardless of cause, or inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
• Those making claims on behalf of a company or business must be authorised to do so.
• Incomplete or illegible documents will be considered as void.
• If you return your machine your Nespresso Club Reward will become null and void.
• Valid for residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
• All Nespresso Club Rewards must be redeemed in full by 31st July 2018.
• Upon validation, your Nespresso Club Reward will be applied to your Nespresso Club account and a validation e-mail will be sent to you within seven (7) working days of your application.
• The Nespresso Club Reward is non-refundable (fully or partially) and is not transferable as cash.
• Nespresso products are subject to availability.
• This offer is valid for new Nespresso Vertuo and Vertuo Plus machines only, with a valid proof of purchase only when purchased during the stated promotional period of 10th October 2017 to 31st January 2018.




• This offer excludes Nespresso Original coffee machines and Business Solutions coffee machines.
