The slicing knife is perfect when you need to cut your ingredients into wafer-thin slices. Slice food with precision with its 26 cm-long thin blade. As the name of this knife suggests, it is designed first and foremost for slicing meat, particularly enhancing the slicing of smoked or air-dried ham. However, it can also be used for many other tasks in the kitchen, for instance if you need to fillet fish or slice meat. The ergonomic handle and curved bolster shape ensure that the knife is outstandingly comfortable to hold, enhancing its safely and comfort.
