  • Pre-seasoned, suitable for all hob types including induction, oven safe up to 260 degrees, even heat distribution, stainless steel knob
  • Composition and Care: Pre-seasoned Cast Iron. Stainless steel knob. Hand washing is recommended with a soft sponge and mild soap. A dishwasher will remove the seasoning and likely cause rust. For longer-lasting products make sure you dry them well before storing. If your pan needs re-seasoning: Once pre-heated, apply a very thin layer of cooking oil (use any oil or fat, but we recommend vegetable, coconut, or canola oil) to the surface. Heat for 1-2 minutes, then wash it again. What does seasoning mean? Seasoning forms a natural, easy-release cooking surface and helps prevent rusting while the non-stick performance gets better and better. A well-seasoned cast iron pan can last for generations. Cooking acidic foods such as tomatoes or vinegar-based sauces can damage seasoning, requiring a touch-up
