How to Use: Start at the base of lashes and wiggle the brush upward to the tips. Repeat to build desired volume. For lower lashes, hold the wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the tube to prevent drying. Allow coats to dry between applications to avoid clumping. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.
