Santa's Kingdom Terms and Conditions
1. Santa’s Kingdom is a ticketed event and tickets must be pre-booked. Tickets are available for purchase by Encore Loyalty members who have opted in to receive e-mail communications from Arnotts, and tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Encore Loyalty members opted in to receive e-mail communications from Arnotts will receive an email with a link to book for Santa’s Kingdom where tickets can be booked from 10.00 a.m. on Thursday the 23rd October 2025 at a price of €20.00 per visit plus booking fee.
3. One ticket facilitates entry for 1 - 6 people to Santa’s Kingdom. There is a maximum number of 6 people permitted per ticket. If there are more than 6 people in a group a second ticket will be required.
4. Every group booking must include at least one adult.
5. Once a booking is made an e-mail confirmation will issue. To enter Santa’s Kingdom a copy of this confirmation must be presented at the time of entry, either printed out or on a mobile device.
6. Entrants to Santa’s Kingdom are required to arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled booking time.
7. Please note booking times are staggered, and therefore the visit to Santa’s Kingdom may not start at the scheduled booking time.
8. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if we believe their behaviour is adversely affecting the pleasure of other guests.
9. You are welcome to take your own photos. Please note that any photos taken can only be for your personal use and not commercial use. There will also be an opportunity to buy photos at an additional cost. The photographer in Santa’s Kingdom is a third party supplier.
10. Tickets you purchase are for your personal use only. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased. Tickets are purchased for the specified date and are not transferable to other dates, or to other experiences or events.
11. A souvenir badge will be provided by Santa to each child in the group.
12. All children must remain under the supervision of parents/guardians throughout the visit. Brown Thomas Arnotts Limited will not be liable for any injuries, loss of personal possessions, other losses or damage of any kind.
13. Brown Thomas Arnotts Limited will not be liable or responsible for cancellation due to an event outside our control, e.g., fire, flood, terrorist attack, severe weather conditions, unexpected black-out, electricity failure. If this happens we will attempt to provide an alternative visiting time for you, but this cannot be guaranteed.
14. We reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of this event and/or to cancel this event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for any disappointment suffered as a result of failure to attend this event.
15. Customers understand that they are required to provide personal information about themselves and the other attendees to us for the purpose of administering the Santa Kingdom event. By submitting this personal information, customers consent (on behalf of themselves and any other named individuals) to us that we may collect and store the personal information submitted. Additionally, customers confirm that they have the express consent of any named individuals to provide their personal information for these purposes. 17. By booking and attending the Santa’s Kingdom, customers agree (on their own behalf and on behalf of any guests attending with them) to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

‘FIND GINGER’ PRIZE DRAW
(18th November – 9th December 2025)
1. This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by Brown Thomas Arnotts Limited having its registered office at 92 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 VF65 (“Arnotts”).
2. These terms and conditions are the rules which shall apply to the Prize Draw (the “Rules”). By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
Entrants
3. The Prize Draw is open to customers who Find Ginger and sign up to the mailing list between 18th November and 9th December (inclusive), the link to access the mailing list entry form can be found once a customer has found Ginger via clues placed on Arnotts.ie and Arnotts Social Media channels between 18th November and 9th December (inclusive). Entrants to the Prize Draw must (i) sign up to the mailing list, (ii) be registered members of the Encore Loyalty programme (free to join), and (iii) be 18 years of age or older.
4. Employees of Arnotts, and any of its affiliates and any other persons or employees associated with these companies and their families, agents and anyone else connected with the Prize Draw shall not be entitled to enter the Prize Draw.
5.Arnotts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
Prize Draw Entries
6. To enter the Prize Draw, an entrant is required to solve a clue to ‘Find Ginger’ in a specific department across Arnotts.ie or the Arnotts store. The clue will be hosted on Arnotts.ie and Arnotts Social Media Channels. Once the entrant has solved the clue and found Ginger, they will be directed to click on a link online or scan a QR code in-store to access the Prize Draw entry form.
7. Once the entrant has signed up to the mailing list and signed up as a member of Encore Loyalty within the Qualifying Period, the entrant will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw (a “Qualifying Entrant”).
8. Qualifying Entrants are limited to one (1) Prize Draw entry, within the Qualifying Period.
9. The opening time and date for entries is 06.00 18th November 2025. The closing time and date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on the 9th December 2025 (“Qualifying Period”). Entries received after this time will not qualify for entry into the Prize Draw.
The Prize
10. Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all Qualifying Entrants by an independent party on the 25th November 2nd December and 9th December 2025 (the “Winner(s)”).
11. Each Winner will receive 50,000 loyalty points (to a value of five hundred euros (€500)) (the “Prize”).
12. The Winner(s) must be a registered member of the Encore Loyalty Programme at the time of entry of the Prize Draw and at the time of redemption of the loyalty points.
13. The Winner(s) will be notified by Arnotts Customer Service Department by e-mail within five (5) days of the date of the draw and the points will be applied to the Winner’s loyalty account within five (5) days from the date of the draw.
14. The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The loyalty points are valid to the 30th of September 2026 and can be redeemed at Arnotts and Brown Thomas stores and e-commerce sites and via the Arnotts and Brown Thomas apps. The terms and conditions in respect of the Encore Loyalty Programme shall apply, which can be found on the Arnotts website at https://www.arnotts.ie/customer-service/encore-loyalty/. Arnotts reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, if necessary.
15. The Prize is awarded at Arnotts discretion, and no Prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of the Winner(s).
16. Arnotts reserves the right to request written proof of age and proof of identity of the Winner(s) at any time and for any reason.
17. Arnotts reserves the right at its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Prize to the Winner(s) until such proof of eligibility and identity of the Winner(s) has been confirmed or to disqualify any Winner(s) from the Prize Draw as it sees fit.
General Terms
18. Arnotts reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or amend the Prize Draw or these Rules at any time and without prior notice and further liability to any entrant.
19. Arnotts reserves the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to: (a) exclude any person from participating in this Prize Draw; (b) request the Winner(s) to present proof of identity for verification purposes; (c) void any entry of or disqualify an entrant; and (d) select a reserve winner to replace any successful Winner who may subsequently be found to be ineligible and disqualified or for such other reason that Arnotts may determine in its reasonable discretion. For avoidance of doubt, Arnotts shall be under no obligation to provide reasons or justifications for exercising any of its rights above. Arnotts reserves its rights to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Prize Draw and/or the entry submission process.
20. Arnotts, and any of its affiliates or any other persons or employees associated with these companies/persons will not be liable to any Qualifying Entrant, Winner(s) or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Prize Draw or Rules are cancelled or amended in any way.
21. In the event of any dispute regarding these Rules and all other matters relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of Arnotts shall be final, and no correspondence or discussions shall be entered into.
22. Arnotts does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the Prize Draw or the Prize, whether due to any errors or omissions or other cause by Arnotts, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing shall exclude Arnotts’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. Arnotts will not be liable for its inability to contact the Winner(s) or award the Prize as a result of any mistakes or errors in the contact details provided by the Winner(s).
23. Arnotts does not warrant that the Prize Draw will be free from errors or omissions. The Prize Draw may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of Arnotts.
24. The decision(s) of Arnotts on all matters relating to the Prize Draw will be at its sole and absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all entrants and the Winner(s). No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertisements and marketing or promotional materials or communications relating to the Prize Draw, these Rules shall prevail.

25. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw shall be processed only for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.
