How to Use: Coat the top and bottom of upper lashes, wiggling the brush through for dramatic volume. Concentrate application on the root and outer lashes. For extra lift, hold and lift lashes with the wand for 5 seconds. Use the tapered edge of the wand to coat bottom lashes for further impact.
