FAQs
• The Full Circle at Arnotts service allows you to sell designer accessories in exchange for a Arnotts Gift Card
• We currently accept items from the following brands: Bottega Veneta, Celine, Chanel, Dior, Hermes, Fendi, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Gucci, Mulberry, Prada, Saint Laurent, Marc Jacobs, Tiffany, Longchamp, Tom Ford, Stella McCartney & Goyard
• The Full Circle at Arnotts service is currently only available to customers on the island of Ireland.
• We currently accept handbags and small leather goods only. We are committed to buying and selling responsibly. Please refer to our Ethical Trade Requirements which outlines core principles that all suppliers working with Arnotts must comply with, in particular Section 6 which outlines prohibited materials and products. Our ETRs are subject to change.
• Simply bring your bag to our Information Services desk on the Lower Ground floor in Arnotts. Once your bag is received by our experts for valuation it will take 48 hours (Monday – Thursday) or 72 Hours (Friday-Sunday) to receive your quote. Your quote will be referenced on a call from our team and then sent to you via email.
• We’ll send your quote within 2 business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). If you haven’t received an email confirming your submission, or if it’s been longer than 2 business days since you received this email, please email us at fullcirclearnotts@arnotts.ie
• Your Arnotts gift card will be credited as soon as we have completed the valuation of the bag and you have accepted the offer.
• Once you accept valuation quote, we will post your Arnotts gift card to you, we will require a signature for tracking confirmation
• Please see the reverse of The Arnotts Gift Card for expiry date details, when any unused value will be lost. Validity can be extended in-store prior to expiry.
• No, the price that you are quoted is the final amount that you’ll receive in the form of a Arnotts Gift Card
• We work with a team of third-party experts who are industry professionals in authentication and valuation of designer goods. Each item goes through a thorough inspection process by experts along with an additional inspection by Entrupy technology.
• Your bag will be assessed by a team of highly experienced experts who will give you a competitive offer for your item based on several factors including brand, condition and demand for that particular style. All of our offers are final, if you are not happy with your quote we will arrange to have your item returned to you
• Quotes that are issues are only valid for 5 working days. If you are happy with your quote, it is advised to accept it as soon as possible. If you would still like to sell your bag after 5 days, you will have to go through the valuation process again.
• If you decide not to sell your item(s), we can arrange to have the item(s) returned to you via post or you can collect it in-store. Simply contact our team at fullcirclearnotts@arnotts.ie to arrange for your item(s) to be returned to you.
• Unfortunately at this time all prices quoted are final and are not subject to further negotiation. If you are not happy with the quote simply reply to the email and decline our offer. There is no obligation to accept our quote. We will then send the item back by DPD free of charge within 5 working days. When the item is delivered we will require a signature for tracking confirmation.
• You will receive an email from us if your bag doesn’t pass the verification process. Your bag will be available for collection at the Information Services desk on the Lower Ground floor in Arnotts within 48 hours of the date of the email. Please note we only retain bags in-store for 14 days from date of email. Thereafter they are donated to St. Vincent de Paul charity.
• Once we receive your bag(s), our third-party team of experts will authenticate and value your item(s). This will take approximately 2 working days. Once this process is complete you will receive an email from us detailing your quote.
Your item(s) may not pass the verification process for the following reasons:
• Your bag is not a style or brand we are currently accepting
• Your bag is not a style we’re currently accepting
• Your bag is not in a suitable condition
• Our authentication experts cannot confirm the authenticity of your bag
Item(s) requiring repair and restoration are unlikely to pass the verification process outlined above. We offer Restoration and Repair Services at the Circular Fix Desk in our Arnotts Store, should you wish to avail. To find out more, please send an email to circularfix@arnotts.ie
