Santa Arrives at Arnotts
The festive season has officially begun at Arnotts as Santa Claus arrived to a huge welcome outside Arnotts on Henry Street on Sunday, 19th November, in a Victorian horse drawn red carriage, where he was greeted by lots of excited children.
You’ll find Santa’s Grotto on the Second Level of the store beside the magical Wonderland Christmas market. Visiting Santa Claus is a complimentary service we offer every Christmas. The team of elves will be happy to help you and your family during your visit.
Whether it’s an old or new tradition, visiting Santa Claus at Arnotts has been a family favourite for years and everyone who visits the Grotto will get a collectable I’ve Seen Santa at Arnotts 2017 badge. There will be a professional photographer at the Grotto available to capture a photograph of your visit, which can be purchased afterwards along with novelty gifts to enhance your experience and treasure forever.
Our virtual Santa Q means you don’t have to spend hours waiting in line to visit Santa Claus. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis each day so you can get your Santa Q ticket when you arrive and spend the waiting time engaging in festive activities across the store. We will let you know when it’s almost time to meet Santa Claus so you have plenty of time to make your way to the Grotto.
HOW IT WORKS:
Go to the Santa Q ticket station at Wonder land on the Second Level or in our Childrenswear Department on Basement Level.
Enter your mobile number and take your ticket.
You will receive a text message when it’s almost your turn to visit Santa (approximately 30 minutes’ notice), and make your way to the Grotto.
