This leather is a corrected and pigmented cowhide. The top layer (1.3 - 1.5 mm) obtained by separation of the skin is treated to remove surface irregularities. A robust pigmentation and protection layer is then applied, making the leather very durable. An ideal leather for the family as you can easily remove almost any stain from it. Every skin has a history which is read in natural visible surface marks: scars, wrinkles, insect bites, stretch marks, veins , grain and colour variations. These characteristics cannot be considered a defect.

Filling characteristics
New cushions will change over the first weeks of use, experts call this "breaking in". This is why you will experience some wave formation in the seat and back area and seat firmness will decrease. In these first few weeks, the cover material will stretch while the padding layer is compressed. This is quite normal and is no reason for complaint. Smooth out the cover by stroking it to the left and right towards the armrests. Functionality and longevity will then remain unlimited.
