Care
Avoid dragging articles across the surface. Do use coasters under glasses and table-mats under crockery. Remove rings when cleaning. Do not overload the tables. Avoid dropping heavy items on the table-tops or striking the edges [which are more vulnerable] with an object such as a vacuum cleaner handle. Toughened glass will shatter if impacted by a heavy sharp object. Spillages: Acids such as are found in fruit juices and wine could stain the frame. If you do spill anything on the table base, wipe off at once, using a clean damp cloth then dry off with a clean dry cloth. The glass surface is resistant to most materials normally encountered in a domestic environment. Cleaning: Wipe all surfaces with a moist microfiber cloth. Smears and spills can be removed by first using a mild detergent [washing up liquid] solution in warm water. Remove the solution with a clean damp cloth then dry off with a clean soft cloth. Always be sure that all cloths used are clean and free from grit that could scratch the glass or frame.
