Maximum capacity
All bases larger than a single are supplied in two halves, split horizontally on 4ft, 4ft6 and 5ft models and vertically on 6ft models for ease of access. Mattresses cannot be bent to facilitate access, bending the mattress will void the warranty. Please note that a minimum clearance of 6ft8 is required from the 3rd step of your stairs to the ceiling above the stairway in order to ensure that you will fit a 6ft mattress up the stairs without the need to bend it.

Filling characteristics
Luxury, high loft mattresses will always form body impressions, this is normal and cannot be considered a fault, regular rotation will help to reduce them but will never eliminate them entirely.
