Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary service that allows you to place an order online and collect in-store with no additional charges.
How it Works
Simply add the item(s) to your shopping bag, choose Click & Collect as a delivery method and proceed to checkout as normal.
You will be sent a Ready to Collect email to confirm your order is ready for collection at the Click & Collect point in-store.
Collect your order in-store. You will need to bring your Order Confirmation email (either printed or on a phone/tablet) plus valid photographic ID (passport, driving license) or the payment card you used to purchase the items.

Car Park: Access to the Arnotts Car Park is via Prince's Street North, off O'Connell Street.
While we aim to have orders ready to collect within three working days (excluding large items like furniture and large electrical appliances), some orders may take longer due to items being out of stock or a delay in product deliveries to the store. We will let you know when all items are in store and ready to collect via email. Please do not endeavor to collect your order until you receive a Ready to Collect email from us.
Collecting Large Items
If you have purchased furniture or a large electrical appliance and are availing of our Click & Collect service, please ensure it is suitable for collection by adhering to the following instructions. Check that your vehicle will accommodate your purchase; dimensions of the item(s) (excluding packaging) will be available online. Check that you can transport the item(s) from the store to your vehicle as we may not have staff available to assist you. Please contact our Online Customer Service Team if you have any questions or concerns.
Can’t make the date?
After we send you a Ready to Collect email, we will keep your order in the Click & Collect area for three days. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order within these three days, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +353 1 903 8215 to make an alternative arrangement.
