Where is my Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so that you can track the item with An Post. If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of making a full payment through the checkout, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help you track the order.

Arnotts accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.

What is the delivery fee?

How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days in the Republic of Ireland, however different products have different lead times. Before you make your purchase you will be able to see the lead time for delivery for each item. Some furniture for example is made to order and an take several weeks to come to our store.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in the timeframe promised, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.
