How does order tracking work?
When you have made your online purchase, you will be given your reference number. If you enter this number along with your email address in the form above you will be able to see the current status of your order.
What does each status mean?
Order Ready: your order has been received by Arnotts.
Being Picked: your order is currently being picked by Arnotts staff.
Order Dispatched: your order has been processed and will be dispatched to you shortly.
Order Delivered: all items on the order are delivered.
Order Cancelled: your order has been cancelled with no charges made to your card.
